I'm a complete newbie to yoga having NEVER tried it before. My apprehension quickly disappeared after I had my first ZOOM session with DEBBIE recently. To say she was patient was an understatement. She explained and demonstrated all the moves to help me settle into each pose. I was so surprised at how much I enjoyed the session and most of all, I was totally distracted from the stuff in my personal life that I was struggling with, which was a real tonic! Follow up sessions were as enjoyable, Debbie put me under no pressure to remember poses, names etc from previous sessions, which helped me feel relaxed. As a complete beginner, I would highly recommend Debbie, I felt in very safe hands with her both physically and emotionally!! thanks again Debbie.

Restorative and Yoga Nidra
These classes are in-person from the comfort of your own home with live streaming via ZOOM. Restorative
classes are all about pure rest, restore and replenish.I like to think of restorative as Hygge Yoga cosiness for your physical, emotional and mental well-being.
How can Restorative yoga help me?
Restorative yoga helps regulate your nervous system, promoting relaxation, better sleep, reduced stress, and releasing tension. It activates your parasympathetic system, helping your body rest, heal, and restore balance.

You will need a few props:

1 yoga mat

1 bolster, 2 rolled blankets, sleeping bag rolled up

3-5 blankets or towels

2 yoga blocks or 2 fairly large books, tupperware containers

1 eye pillow or a small hand towel
