Terms & Conditions
for In-Person and Zoom Classes

Please read carefully before signing up for any private or group class at Nebella Yoga & Meditation. By registering for or participating in any of our classes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated at our discretion.

Medical Issues, Injuries, and Pregnancies

New Clients: Before your first class, you must complete a student registration form. This information is essential to create your customer profile and will include necessary medical details to ensure your safety and well-being during our sessions.

Health Changes: If there are any changes in your health, if you become pregnant, or if you start new prescribed medications, please inform us in writing. Your safety is our priority, and keeping us updated helps us tailor our sessions to your current needs.

Doctor’s Advice: If a doctor has advised you to refrain from exercise due to an injury or a medical condition, please follow their advice and inform us for your safety.

Acknowledgement of Risk

When participating in any of our yoga classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are aware that yoga involves physical exertion, which may be strenuous, and there is an inherent risk of injury.

  • You will listen to your body, exercise within your limits, and decide whether any movements or activities are suitable for you.

  • You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of your participation in yoga classes.

  • If at any time during the class you feel discomfort or strain, you will cease the activity and inform the instructor.

  • You affirm that you are responsible for your health and well-being and that participating in yoga is your choice.

Disclaimer of Liability

Nebella Yoga & Meditation is not a medical organization and cannot provide medical advice or diagnosis. The content provided through our classes should not be taken as medical advice or a diagnosis of any health condition. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program.

Release and Waiver of Liability

By agreeing to these terms, you release Nebella Yoga & Meditation and its instructor, Deborah Lynn, from all liability for any injury or damages that you might incur through your participation. This release extends to any claims made due to negligence but excludes any claims for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Cancellation and Payment Policies

Private Classes: You may cancel or reschedule a private class up to 24 hours before its start time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Group Classes: You may cancel or reschedule a group class up to 24 hours before its start time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

​

Payments: All fees must be paid in advance and are generally non-refundable, except in circumstances where Nebella Yoga & Meditation must cancel a class.

Data Protection

We respect your privacy and commit to protecting your personal data. We will handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
