What's in a name?

I get asked a lot, what does NeBella mean? Why NeBella? Does it have a yoga meaning?

"NeBella has huge personal meaning to me. It was born from a tragic loss - the sudden death of my handsome son at just 17 😥. When Ben died, I thought my heart was literally going to stop, but it didn't. ❤️

NeBella is deeply symbolic and special to me. It represents my son's name, Ben, spelled backwards as he's sadly not with us. Bella represents my gorgeous daughter's name, whom I love the bones off! She makes me so proud, always carrying herself with so much grace, elegance, and courage, while displaying such a playful, joyful manner that she just shines on the world!

I wanted so much to find a way to carry my son's memory forward with us, as we continue our journey through life without him. He is always with us in our hearts and memories, and losing Ben has played such a massive part in this wonderful yoga teaching journey I find myself on.

So that's "NeBella" - there can be so much love in just a name. NeBella was born from so much sadness but such a strong love and bond to remember. I truly hope that NeBella Yoga and Wellness will bring much happiness, joy, calm, and healing to all that explore their yoga path with me.
